About the Event
We would love to have our community members join us for our first ever Annual General Meeting and community potluck barbecue.
Itinerary:
11AM-12PM: Annual General Meeting
12PM-3PM: BBQ and potluck
Please register ahead of time so we can be prepared, and make this a fun community event for everyone. This event is family friendly with all ages welcome. If you already have an idea for what you'd like to bring to the potluck, it would be really helpful to let us know, but no worries if you're not sure yet!
