About the Event
This 12-week online course is designed for adults who wish to begin learning Khmer, the official language of Cambodia. Whether you’re planning to travel, connect with Khmer-speaking communities, or explore Cambodian culture more deeply, this course will provide you with a solid foundation in everyday communication and essential language skills.
Throughout the course, you will build practical vocabulary and learn how to form simple sentences, ask and answer basic questions, and engage in short conversations. You will also gain familiarity with Khmer pronunciation and key grammatical structures and vocabulary, providing you with a strong foundation in reading, writing, and speaking Khmer.
